About Me
Hi my name is Lou and I’m here to tend to all your beauty needs. I started as a mobile therapist but due to Covid-19 I took the decision to build a cabin at home and make that my base. I feel it is always important for your clients to get to know you as much as you getting to know the client. So here is some information about me:
I am a Mum to two small children; Emilia and Owen. They are my why for setting up my business and they keep me very busy.
Prior to working as a therapist, I spent 16 years working in various roles in the health and social care sector. I have worked in both clinical and clerical roles both for the NHS and Kent County Council, Including;
A&E, Chemotherapy Unit, Elderly Dementia Care, Rapid Eye Access, Rapid Access Community Discharge Team, Social Services Adult Autism and Sensory Team, Private Health Sector.
This means that I have a vast, diverse experience and understanding of your wellness needs from a holistic point of view.
I also have a very good understanding of Chronic Illness as I myself suffer from Fibromyalgia and Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME).
As well as managing Heart Body & Soul Beauty, I am also an independent consultant for Meamora, and I also partner with Beth from Celeste Beauty who offers an additional range of treatments.

Massage therapy can relieve pregnancy pain and discomfort and is available to Mums to be from when you reach the 14 weeks pregnant stage.

Pressure Point Massage

Trigger, or pressure point massage is about identifying trigger points for your pain and applying targetted pressure to help release and relieve it.
Neck, Back and Shoulder Massage

A neck, back and shoulder massage has similar benefits to a full body massage, but focuses on the upper body.
Useful for people who would like to target that specific area; for example people with sedentary or office based jobs.
Aromatherapy Massage

As a massage therapist, I am Eve Taylor London Trained and use the aromatherapy oil blends and essential oils. My training allows me to create a bespoke massage and essential oil blend to suit your needs.

Dermaplaning is a simple and safe facial rejuvenation, that manually exfoliates the epidermis (thin outer layer of skin) whilst removing the vellus hair 'Peach Fuzz'. It's removed with gentle gliding movements over the face using a surgical scalpel.
